Thursday 23rd July - walk ** – Felixstowe prom – mainly cloudy.

Once again gave the early morning walk or drive round a miss today, usual morning at home with breakfast in the garden followed by exercises. I did pack a picnic but with it being a pretty uninspiring day being for the most part cloudy :( As I had to drop into the Town Hall we just walked along the prom, sadly dull and had lunch at our raised spot just past the Spa Theatre before continuing past the Fludyers Hotel to where the fishing boats are on the beach before returning home for a cuppa and cake, a day to be forgotten!
